Let's get started! ## Recipe & Instructions #### Ingredients - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 1 teaspoon garlic powder - Salt and pepper to taste - 1/4 cup flour - 1 teaspoon paprika - 1 teaspoon oregano - 1/2 cup onion, diced - 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced - 1/2 cup tomato, diced - 1/2 cup chicken broth - 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped - 4-6 banana leaves, cut into 8-10 inch circles - 2 cups cooked red beans - 2 cups cooked white rice - 2 tablespoons sour cream #### Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 3. In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, and oregano. 4. Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture and place in the baking dish. 5. Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through. 6.
