# Monkey Bread With Ice Cream ## Ingredients - 1/2 cup of butter - 1 cup of firmly packed brown sugar - 1/2 cup of honey - 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon - 2 cans (16.3 ounces each) refrigerated biscuit dough - 2 tablespoons of butter, melted - 2 cups of vanilla ice cream ## Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2. In a small saucepan, melt the 1/2 cup of butter over medium-low heat. 3. Add the brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside. 4. Grease a 9-inch Bundt pan with the 2 tablespoons of melted butter. 5. Cut each biscuit into fourths and layer them in the Bundt pan. 6.
